Microfluidizer® Pilot Scale Homogenizers

Microfluidizer® pilot-scale homogenizers feature a unique fixed-geometry interaction chamber constructed from rugged ceramic or diamond. This critical feature maximizes the sheer forces generated as your fluids are forced through the homogenizer under intense pressures.
Select your desired pressure, from 2,500 to 30,000 psi, and a single-acting intensifier pump amplifies the hydraulic pressure to the appropriate level. This applies the desired pressure to the product stream, which enables you to experience on-target values and seamless scaleup from small investigatory pilot runs to full-scale production runs.

M-110EH-30 Electric-Hydraulic Microfluidizer®
If you prefer an electrically-driven processor over a pneumatically-driven one, the M-110EH-30 was specifically designed for you. The unit reaches processing pressures as high as 2000 bar (30,000 psi) and is mounted on locking casters for mobility. M-815 Microfluidizer® Pilot Scale Processor Series
The M815 models were designed to bridge the gap between the biopharma lab scale
