AES has established Quality Resource Solutions (QRS). The new QRS group will provide talented resources to our clients nationwide.
AES has provided staff augmentation solutions for engineering, process development, and biopharma manufacturing since the company’s foundation. Now, through QRS, we will provide staffing solutions across all industries and organizational functions.
The new QRS Division is a partnership of the existing AES leadership along with some key additions to the team. Julie Rothenberger has joined the organization to jump start this endeavor, bringing her experience as a former SVP of Recruiting & Staffing. Julie has over 20 years of experience providing talent, recruiting teams and building staffing strategies to help organizations grow the right way. Through Julie’s leadership, the new QRS group will execute effective recruiting strategies while delivering top-quality talent at all levels.
