All installation, testing and qualification with software is conducted by process and equipment engineers. Our engineering team will also provide support during the initial stages of post-release use, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive training on your new instrumentation and other hardware. We also provide customized options for different levels of testing and associated documentation packages (e.g., I/OQ,PQ), depending on our requirements.

The control layer creates a modular system that easily integrates with an existing distributed control system (DCS) or as the start of a new site DCS. All online adjustments, historization and system information is presented remotely through your networked computer or local HMI. Control hardware and software are 21 CFR Part 11, GMP/GLP and ISA-88 compliant to satisfy regulatory requirements.
